Cancellation, Refund & Service Policy

At MyWardrobee, we aim to keep our services simple, transparent, and fair. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and service-related concerns are handled.

1. Subscription Cancellation
* You may cancel your subscription at any time.
* Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
* Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

2. Refund Policy
* All payments made are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
* We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, unused storage, or unutilized services.

3. Service Issues & Resolution
If you face any service-related issue (e.g., delayed pickup, delayed delivery, operational error):

* The issue must be reported within 48 hours
* MyWardrobee will review the case and may offer:
    * Service credit
    * Priority rescheduling
    * Partial refund (only in genuine cases, at our discretion)

4. Missed or Failed Pickup/Delivery
* If a pickup or delivery fails due to customer unavailability:
    * The request will be rescheduled
    * A rescheduling fee may apply
* Repeated failed attempts may lead to:
    * Service delays
    * Temporary suspension

5. Delay Policy
While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:
* Weather conditions
* Traffic or logistics issues
* High demand periods
Delays in such situations do not qualify for refunds.

6. Loss or Damage Claims
* Any damage or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
* Claims will be handled as per our Terms & Conditions

Compensation (if applicable) will be limited as defined in our liability policy.


7. Non-Payment & Service Suspension
* Failure to make timely payments may result in:
    * Suspension of services
    * Delay in deliveries
    * Restricted access to stored items

8. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds are not standard but may be considered in rare cases involving:
* Proven service failure from our end
* Operational errors directly impacting the customer
All such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of MyWardrobee.

9. Refund Processing
* Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
