Welcome to MyWardrobee. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview of Services
MyWardrobee provides:
* External wardrobe storage for garments and fabric-based items
* Doorstep pickup and delivery
* Optional garment care services (laundry & dry cleaning)
All services are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
* By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using the service under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
* In such cases, the parent or guardian will be responsible for all activities, payments, and liabilities.
3. Account & Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to:
* Provide accurate personal and contact details
* Ensure all items handed over are suitable for storage
* Empty all pockets before pickup
* Inform MyWardrobee about delicate or special-care items
MyWardrobee is not responsible for:
* Items left inside garments
* Undisclosed damage or fabric sensitivity
4. Item Acceptance & Restrictions
Accepted Items:
* Clothing and wearable garments
* Fabric-based items (blankets, jackets, etc.)
Prohibited Items:
* Cash, jewelry, or valuables
* Fragile, perishable, or hazardous items
* Illegal materials
We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.
5. Item Counting & Classification
* Each garment is treated as one item
* Sets may be counted as separate items unless declared otherwise
* Bulky items may fall under separate storage categories
The item count recorded at pickup will be considered final.
6. Storage & Handling
* Items are stored in a secure and organized environment
* Reasonable care is taken to maintain garment condition
However:
* Natural wear and tear may occur
* Long-term storage may lead to minor fabric changes (fading, texture changes, creasing)
7. Pickup & Delivery
* Pickup and delivery are subject to availability and service areas
* Standard delivery timeline: 24–72 hours
Customers must:
* Be available at scheduled time
* Verify items at pickup and delivery
Failed attempts may result in:
* Rescheduling
* Additional charges
8. Garment Care Services (Optional)
* Laundry and dry cleaning follow standard industry practices
MyWardrobee is not liable for:
* Shrinkage
* Color bleeding or fading
* Fabric-related damage
These services are availed at customer discretion.
9. Pricing & Payments
* Services are billed based on selected subscription plans
* Payments must be made in advance
Failure to pay may result in:
* Service suspension
* Restricted access to stored items
10. Subscription Terms
* Subscriptions renew periodically unless canceled
* Plan changes apply from the next billing cycle
11. Cancellation & Refunds
* Customers may cancel at any time
* No refunds for unused subscription periods
* Refunds (if any) are issued only in exceptional cases at our discretion
12. Loss & Damage Liability
We take reasonable care of all items. However:
In case of damage or loss:
* Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
* Claims will be reviewed and verified
Maximum Liability:👉 ₹2000 per item OR 5x the monthly subscription fee (whichever is lower)
We are not liable for:
* Pre-existing damage
* Normal wear and tear
* Fabric-related issues
* Undeclared high-value items
13. High-Value Items
* Customers are advised not to store high-value or irreplaceable items
* If stored, they remain subject to standard liability limits
14. Abandoned Items
* If items remain unclaimed due to non-payment for 90 days,
MyWardrobee reserves the right to dispose of them after notice
15. Limitation of Liability
MyWardrobee shall not be liable for:
* Indirect or consequential losses
* Delays caused by external factors
* Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)
16. Right to Refuse or Suspend Service
We reserve the right to:
* Refuse items
* Suspend accounts
* Terminate services
If terms are violated.
17. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
